Nove i brani della tracklist, tra cui il singolo "I Love It Loud", eseguito in gran parte dei tour dei Kiss per il globo, così come "War Machine", la ballad "I Still Love You" ed il brano che dà il titolo all’album. In scaletta anche "Killer", il brano che dà inizio alla collaborazione con Vinnie Vincent (guitar).
